I wouldn't have thought so @Anne 2009 I think the estimated opening date was to be around 10th November.

The fish ole is not open yet.Mark the owner said he was hopeful  of  opening on Friday the 11th of November.

Unfortunately ,I  will be on  holiday for the next few weeks so will not be able to attend and cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony.

I was speaking to Mark the new fish shop owner on Thursday, He said the opening of the shop may be delayed slightly, So there maybe a chance that i get to attend the opening ceremony.
