Gospel concerts in Tenerife in December

Gospel music fans are in for a treat this Christmas because not only is the London Community Gospel Choir performing in Los Cristianos on 16 December but the South Carolina Gospel Chorale will be performing in the Santa Cruz Auditorio Adán Martín on the 18th.

The London Community Gospel Choir will perform at 9pm in Los Cristianos Auditorio Infanta Leonor, and is now in its third decade, having performed with some of the biggest show business names including George Michael, Jessye Norman, Sting, Elton John, Diana Ross, Paul McCartney, Celine Dion and Tina Turner. The video below was filmed at a recording at the legendary Abbey Road studios of their 21st anniversary album and it gives a flavour of what can be expected. They are reputed to be phenomenal to watch live, so perhaps it's not to be missed even for those who aren't gospel aficionados. Tickets, which are available from the auditorium and Los Cristianos Cultural Centre, will cost €15.



And on the 18th, the South Carolina Gospel Chorale will be performing 8pm on the 18th in the Santa Cruz Auditorio Adán Martín. Tickets cost €22 and can be obtained HERE. The following video will give a flavour of what's in store.
