Charity gala evening to celebrate 30th anniversary of Adeje’s volunteer firemen

El Foro de Amigos del Sur de Tenerife, a formal asociación (see HERE) which aims to improve social and cultural life in south Tenerife through charity events, has organized a commemorative evening to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Bomberos Voluntarios Adeje – Adeje's volunteer firemen. The event is officially backed by the Tenerife Cabildo and Canarian Government, and will be a dinner gala with entertainment from Los del Rio, the Carmen Mota ballet, Ni un Pelo de Tonto, and much more. It's at 8pm next Saturday, 26th November, at the Mare Nostrum resort in Playa de las Américas, and tickets cost €75, with funds contributing to the purchase of a fire engine with all related equipment.
