Plex is a funky app that markets itself as a kind of personal Netflix.  Basically you run the Plex server program on any computer that holds your video files, then as long as that computer is connected to the internet, you can stream your content to any device anywhere running the Plex app, whether PC, Android, iOS, Samsung Smart TV, etc.  :tiphat:
