It's always very popular, so from my website:

It's now an established annual run-up-to-Christmas event that attracts people to La Laguna in their hundreds of thousands, and this year's Noche en Blanco will take place on Saturday, 26 November. The previous occasions have been enormous successes, and this year looks set to be just as brilliant, with a wide range of activities including street theatre, live music in the open air, shops open all night, street stalls, food, drink, church recitals, cultural events in every historic building or museum with tour guides giving different sorts of guided tours at intervals throughout the night – it is a real experience not to be missed.

Things start late afternoon around 5pm or so, and dozens of volunteers will be on hand to help co-ordinate and inform about all the free activities on offer throughout the town, and advise on everything from security or health concerns to locations and transport. Parking will be very scarce, so the best option will once again be to park in the Santa Cruz intercambiador car park and get the tram – which runs all night for this event with increased services – all the way to La Laguna's La Trinidad terminus, which is right at the start of the old town and the night's activities.
