Santa Cruz food fair – Salon Gastronómico de Canarias 2016

It has been a great success in its first two years, and the third Salon Gastronómico de Canarias will be held between 24 and 26 May in the Recinto Ferial in Santa Cruz, on the road leading from the TF1 to the auditorium – it's on the left at the first main junction. Even though the fair is designed for professionals in the food industry, it is also open to the general public, and there'll be 150 stands, with cookery demonstrations, equipment displays, interactive sessions, cocktail making workshops, ham cutting classes, wine tasting ... you name it. The full programme of events being held over the three days in the various areas in the Recinto Ferial is HERE. Everyone who has gone to one of these has said they are fantastic experiences, and I'm sure the same will be true this year. Some 10,000 are expected to attend, and admission costs €5.
