Palm tree worker in hospital with serious injuries after fall

A 35-year-old worker is in hospital with serious multiple injuries after falling from a palm tree that he was working on in Chayofa. The accident happened just after 9am this morning in the urbanisation's Calle del Centro, and emergency services were called out with reports that he had fallen from a tree that he was pruning. After stabilizing him, they transferred him to Hospiten Sur, where he remains in serious condition. JA
