The Duchess of Alba has succumbed after a short illness. She was 88. A well known face in Spain and apparently Spain's richest woman. Sadly I and I am sure many others will only remember her for the terrible plastic surgery she inflicted on herself. RIP.

She went from the first pic through the second to the last ... a brilliant advert against plastic surgery!! Her first husband (on the right) in the top photo really reminds me of someone, but I can't think whom. Anyone help?
