Have Endesa Completely Stopped Paper Bills?

I had an email today which says something like the following. I have obviously removed identifiable account numbers etc. The real email wasn't full of asterisks :)

The 'View Bill' is a hyperlink which takes me straight to my bill without the aggravation of having to log on first, but I've changed to bold text the interesting bit and no I didn't request this.

I think they've had to divert all their paper resources to sending final demands and cut-off notices to customers who haven't paid, judging by the number of those I'm seeing in the bank lately  :-X
