Police arrest two Chio men for crimewave in Guía de Isora and Santiago del Teide

The Guardia Civil has arrested two men for a spate of burglaries in the municipalities of Guía de Isora and Santiago del Teide. The two, 19-year-old A.L.A.C. and 21–year-old J.A.E.D., were arrested after police received several denuncias concerning thefts of money, jewellery, video consoles, and other small and easily portable objects over the past few months. The pair are said to have police records, and to have been in borstal as adolescents. They are both from Chio, which has been one of the main areas victimised by the thieves. JA
