Woman critically ill after being knocked down in Playa San Juan

A 50-year-old woman is critically ill tonight in Hospitén Sur after being knocked down on the Avda Marítima in Playa San Juan around 8.30am this morning. The woman received serious head injuries in the accident and emergency services attended after receiving several calls from eye witnesses. After being stabilized at the scene she was transferred by ambulance to hospital, where she remains tonight in serious condition. JA
