It seems that the Canadian government is advertising for over 320.000 construction workers. The Tv story was short and stated more information would be given in the following weeks. I am unsure if they are targeting Spain or Europe in general.

May be they have a short fall of construction workers Myrtle Canada's a big place. Remember Canada seems to have escaped much of the worlds recent financial meltdown. May be there on the up and up

Yeah but what are they gonna build?  Canada doesn't have a population density to support 320k construction workers unless they're building something extraordinary I would have thought.
