How to pay IBI (Rates) bill

Hi all,
Hope someone can help! I have not received my annual IBI Tax (Rates bill) I am not going out and don't speak Spanish can anyone advise if I can somehow pay this online? I understand interest is charged on late payment and I think it's due to be paid by 7th July.

Hi Sue!  Which is your ayuntamiento? Are you sure you don't have a direct debit set up?

I have since found out that IBI bills have been deffered until October in Arona! My next door neighbour has hers paid by DD but the money has not been taken from her account.
